Check out our favourite Radio Flyer Toys that you can buy today.
1. Radio Flyer ““ Big Flyer
The Big Flyer from Radio Flyer is the coolest ride going around and that suits my little man just fine. It was a great decision to choose this superb toy, it guaranteed that the feller would be spending plenty of action time outside. The adjustable seat is a favourite when he feels like sharing and the flag makes me feel better. The extra wide back wheels give higher stability and a much higher confidence. Another great plus was that the Big Flyer brings loads of fun at a much better price, in comparison to the quality, than other rival Big Wheel that would probably end up, broken, in the garbage a week later. The sleek design is quite great, it makes me wish that I had one when I was growing. And according to the little bloke; the red definitely makes it go faster! All in all it’s a present that is sure to be a great hit for a birthday or perhaps Christmas, it was for him!
2. Radio Flyer Lights and Sounds Trike
I bought this bike for my son after we recently had to throw his old trice into the garbage after it broke. This bike is much more appropriate for his age, or so he tells me, and hopefully he won’t outgrow it in a hurry. He loves pedalling around everywhere, but sometimes feels nervous going down big hills so he doesn’t do it often-fine by me! I’d rather him not be an action man, hehe. The flag on the bike makes me feel safer, even though he only rides it along the side walk, it makes him a lot more noticeable by cars driving along the street or perhaps getting ready to back out. My son really likes the Lights and Sounds trice and rides it daily, definitely a worthwhile purchase, in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend the purchase of this bike, he certainly enjoys it-which is the most important thing.
3. Radio Flyer Scoot About
The Scoot About trice from Radio Flyer is a great design that reminds me of similar products from my own youth as well as giving it a futuristic appeal. The “Furniture Friendly” curved bumper enhances the futuristic quality of the trice, as well as making sure that any inside riding won’t be the death of the furniture in a high speed action chase. It also allows a nice resting spot for little feet if they decide that they want to be pushed around instead of doing all the leg movement themselves. Like other Radio Flyer products, the Scoot About has an adjustable seat to accommodate different sized passengers or growth spurts. The streamers are a great classic cosmetic addition to the design of the toy, and the bell allows the instant demand of service…which might not always be a good thing if you have a pushy little man, or a little man wanting a push.
4. Radio Flyer Retro Rocket
Wow! What can I say about Retro Rocket! This has to be one of the best little toys going around for imagining being the first man on the moon. Actual take off simulation with a count down then take off vibrations? That’s one elaborate toy packed full of action. The sound effects are a massive bonus; these days no toy is complete if it doesn’t beep or flash. The storage under the seat allows for samples to be taken from the ‘moon’ -also known as that tree over there-and then brought back to home base. It is an exciting toy and watching the kid have fun on it makes me wish that it was big enough for me. Unfortunately my action days are pretty much over-no more playing in the sandbox for me, I’ll just have to be content with watching him play and grow. A great toy through and through; eight stars.
5. The Inchworm
While novel in design and looks, the Inchworm was a bit too pricey for my liking but then I found that the pricing on Amazon was much better. However, it was the ‘bouncing’ ingenuity of the toy and having a toddler who hasn’t quite mastered walking yet that swayed my mind to the purchase side. The Inchworm has a comfortable seat that is shaped well for the toddler. He’s not able to go around on it by himself at this stage, but he definitely seems to enjoy playing with the toy as long as myself or his mum nearby. At first I was worried that the look of the Inchworm may be distressing to a young one, but we had not problems with that at all. He’s not going to be an action hero or sports star any time soon, but I’m perfectly content to watch the little man grow and have fun. I’m sure he’ll be walking in no time!
