Children love to play outdoors on playsets. It is good exercise, teaches coordination and social sills if playing with other children. On a beautiful sunny day, it is a shame to see kids on the couch watching television or playing video games. Kids simply need to be more active. Tell them to go outside and enjoy the great outdoors of your backyard. Even allow them to invite a friend over to play with them. You may have to serve a snack (make it healthy!) and you may get the reputation as the “fun house” in the neighbor. Outdoor Swings are some of the most fun that your child could ask for.
1. Little Tykes Climb and Slide Castle
Encourage your little one’s sense of imagination and role play with this castle playset. Imagine the fun your daughter could have pretending to be a princess or your son pretending to be a knight. There is truly something magical about castles that children love. It is a faraway place where there are dragons and women wear long gowns. Everyone drinks out of goblets. This playset is for toddlers and can be used indoors or outdoors. The sides resemble the stone walls of the castle. An easy climbing rock wall is just right for beginner. A crawl through is also great fun. Finally, a small slide allows for safe and gentle ride. The Mom and Dad will love the easy assembly of the 50″ x 21.5″ x 43″ castle.
2. Gorillas Congo Outing II Playground
For an active child who needs to release lot energy, select the Gorillas Congo playground. Geared toward school-aged children, whiling away an afternoon while swinging is so relaxing. It is quite a substantial piece of play equipment at 15′ length x 12′ width x 10 ½’ height. There is a lot for a child to do: go down an eight foot green wave slide, climb a yellow rock wall or go swinging in one of the three swings. A canopy at the top is a great place to hang out and just hang with friends. A couple of children can play at the same time. Make some cupcakes for an afternoon treat along with some milk and you will be everyone’s favorite mom.
3. Lookout Treehouse
Every kid wants a special hangout away from mom and dad; a treehouse in the backyard would be fantastic. Imagine the fun a toddler could have in his or her own little treehouse. Designed and sized appropriately for young children, it is a cute rendition of the classic treehouse. Natural colors such as beige, brown and green blend in well with a backyard. The platform is only 19″ high which is important when little ones are playing. Large easy-to-climb steps are also very accommodating for little feet. When the sun is beating down, there is even a roof for a child to go under for a break from the heat. A working periscope allows a child many different exciting role play options such as a pirate looking to the sea for other ships.
