You’ve no doubt seen all the Little Tikes plastic toys. There are the ones that are made out of really bright colored thick and hollow forms of plastic. They make little vehicles and desk like things and now they are coming out with the Little Tikes Swing Along Castle.
The castle is a fairly small affair, just big enough for the smallest of tykes.
It’s nice because it gives you a swing with a harness on it. As any young parent knows there are times when having your child safely ensconced in nice comfortable distracting swing can really save the day.
The Little Tikes Castle with the swing is basically a little swing with a really little slide formed to suggest a castle. Standing at the top of the slide gives you access to a plastic pretend telescope which swivels and moves up and down. Opposite that and looking out over the swing a toddler can wrap their hands around a small plastic steering wheel that spins around.
This toy is fairly small and could easily fit in a rec room or play area. It really is only for the smallest of tykes but gives the youngest child in a family a place of his or her own. The top of the swing perch might be a good addition to a large cardboard fort for an older child.
The plastic rugged Little Tikes construction should last a long time outside but remember your toddler cannot use it by himself or herself so you need to be there to put them in and take them out of the swing. The price seems pretty reasonable considering how sturdy Little Tikes toys are. They regularly last long enough for that little tyke to grow up and use with his own little ones.
