This is truly one powerful sweet black dart of a ship. It’s like pretty much all black, which makes it even more fun and challenging to put together. In keeping with its stealthy black appearance, it has got some really tricky hidden missiles, one of which is activated with a remote lever.
Now you can be essentially invisible against the black background of film type space imaginations. You also get a nice motley assortment of minifigures including an imperial officer and pilot Juno Eclipse, the battle-damaged Darth Vader and Vader’s Apprentice! This is the exact same ship as the one on Star Wars™: The Force Unleashed video game! But this time you get to touch it.
As controllers go, your hand makes the Wii control feel like you’re playing with a stump. Complex curving trajectories no longer have to be calculated as they have to do in a real video game using yet another computer. No, not this time buddy. All you have to do is hold it and move it instantly where you want it to go! You don’t have to check the screen to see where it is because it’s always right on the end of your arm.
The human arm has some really nice control capabilities, especially when standing and swooping your Lego Star Wars Rogue Shadow pretty much all over the place in truly 3 dimensional paths. You can be the Rogue Shadow commander on your whole block, by taking your ship out to investigate the strange world in your own neighborhood.
The awesomely slick Lego Star Wars Rogue Shadow stealth ship is recommended for ages 7 and older.
