My Hamilton Beach 47214 12-Cup BrewStation has served coffee to me for quite some time now. My first Hamilton actually lasted for almost a year before the power button quit working. When it happened, I contacted Hamilton Beach immediately and I was pleasantly surprised to receive this replacement, together with a free postage-paid return label, even before I have sent back the old one to the company. Now, that’s what I call fast service!
In the past two years that I have had this HB Brew Station, I have never experienced any problem at all ““ no leaks, no fumbling with the glass pot, no dribbling coffee from the side of the cup to the floor or counter. I have read somewhere, though, that others have had leaks. I guess this is because the carafe has been dislodged during cleaning. To correct this problem, just make sure that the rubber seal at the bottom of the carafe is intact and securely in place every time you use it.
One time, I noticed that something was thickening on the hinge of the lid. I thought at first that it was mold, but I realized later that it was just hard water deposits. What I did was to lift the lid and press it back just enough to pop the plastic bar out. Then I wiped the bar down on both sides with a dish cloth until the deposits were taken off and then I popped it back into place. Now, isn’t that easy?! I do this every time I clean my BrewStation to eliminate the deposits from accumulating again.
2. Hamilton Beach 48465 Brewstation Summit Ultra 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker
Our old Brewstation still worked, but it was getting slow in filling our travel mugs, and we felt the need to upgrade to a faster, more efficient model. We got the Hamilton Beach 48465 Brewstation Summit Ultra 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker, and we love it for several reasons:

3. Hamilton Beach 10-Cup Brewstation
Even though I’ve just had this coffeemaker for a few days, I am so loving it already. Why? Well, the Hamilton Beach 10-Cup Brewstation brews hot coffee in just four minutes, but it keeps the coffee warm for two hours. Isn’t that great!? It has a programmable setting, which is very convenient for me, given my busy lifestyle. There is no spilling, which means there is no mess for me to wipe off. As for the unit itself, it only takes about two minutes or less to clean. And the price is amazing! It’s very affordable, but you get the service of an exclusive high-quality product.
Compared to the French press, however, coffee in this maker doesn’t taste as good. The French press coffee is strong and delicious while this machine’s coffee is a little bland for my tastebuds. I am not a coffee aficionado, though, so I really don’t mind that much. And it is hard to make just one or two cups, probably due to the fact that this is a heavy-duty coffeemaker and is designed to serve 10 cups. Nonetheless, I still love this product!
4. Hamilton Beach 47665 BrewStation Plus 12-Cup Automatic Drip Coffeemaker
My wife and I are both coffee drinkers; and we like to have it piping hot and ready when we get up from bed every morning. Being voracious coffee drinkers, we’ve had some very good coffeemakers of different brands and models in the past. But we are always confronted with the same problem – the glass carafe. No matter how careful we are, the glass carafes always get broken. And the answer from the stores and manufacturers was always the same; they don’t offer that version anymore, which in short means we have to get a new coffeemaker or we get nothing at all.
