id hate to have a fight with the chick wearing #15 shoe, ouch!
number 1 & 2 are bounded feet, foot binding caused that.

shoe #1 leves a mark, thats 4 shure, ps, I hate to be a man who got a chic angry wearing shoe 15, mmm hmm!
a) most of these are either concepts, strict designs for photography, costumes, custom made by the wearer or art pieces
b) the names the articles has given them are wrong; i.e: the “LEGO shoes’ are actually from a very prominant design house, Balenciaga.
c) as far as I can see, under the title “15 most painful shoes ever created”, only the first one fits since it is the only one that has been featured in history

I don’t think most of these shoes really count as painful – unusual, maybe. The Lego shoes are from Balenciaga’s ss08 collection.

#1 is the product of a thing called footbinding. Back in the day, (in China) VERY small feet were thought to be attractive. So women had their feet folded and bound (often broken) at a young age so the feet would keep from growing.

im guessing that the basis for most of the pain is that the shoes make your feet stand almost entirely vertical
actually, with #1, they dont mould your feet.. in china, women were forced into breaking/binding of their feet because little feet are beautiful to the chinese.
It’s not the shoe that makes the lotus feet. Those womens feet were broken and bandaged that way when they were young. The shoes are just made to fit their deformed feet after.
the “feet” shoes aren’t shoes… those are prop feet for the hobbits from Lord Of the Rings
i think the Pikachu Platforms would be well funky and dont look painful i want it!

Im sorry but from my (men) point of view all of this shoes luks simply stupid and/or disguisting, if Id ever see someone with such shoes in real life id laugh to dead. Id never show up anywhere with a girl with such garbage on her legs.
