  1. Some of these are pretty doubtful information.
Shakespeare lived in several places. It’s likely that much of his work was done in London, close to the theatres. Very little solid information exists about him, there’s no evidence he wrote so much as one single play at this desk.
The Steve Jobs/Apple picture, according to the link, is of a display at Disney’s Epcot centre.
So we have what is effectively a film-prop’s vision of what Job’s desk looked like, yes, maybe aided by photos of the real thing, but we’re looking at a museum diorama, not Job’s workspace.
So, looking at two items only, the information is inaccurate.
How much trust can I place in the others?
I am, by the way, delighted to see that your pic of Einstein’s desk resembles mine. A mess.

  2. Ha, and in the true spirit of the interwebnets, commenter Soubriquet sticks own foot into mouth, because he refers to Jobs, and omits Wozniak. Excuse me a moment whils I slap myself in the face with a wet kipper.

  3. Erica

  4. Paul harrison

I would have included Thomas Jefferson’s desk
