Baby Einstein is the creation of Julie Aigner-Clark of Georgia. Her vision was to create a line of educational program that taught children from a very young age. Baby Einstein is targeted for babies 3 months to toddler 3 years old. The naming of the company after renowned physicist Albert Einstein has proved to be quite successful. Even though a large percentage is paid to Einstein’s estate in the form of loyalties, customer perception that these products will make their babies and toddlers as smart as an Einstein has been very shrewd and successful marketing.

Baby Shakespeare explores twelve common words in pictures and poems. Kids sing the ABCS while there are many close-ups of vivid toys in action. The tie in to Shakespeare is evident in the dragon puppet named Bard. This DVD excels by using repetition of the twelve common words using puppet shows, funny sound effects and great imagery. . At the same time, it exposes little children to poetry and Beethoven music.
