very sad news that morons from one of Britains councils recently painted over a Banksy
yea,
jus make a banksy post.
It was al pretty much banksy.
Many of the above street art pieces are by Banksy, including the one with the man hanging from a window, which is located in Bristol (UK). Banksy is originally from Bristol and you can still find some of his early work there today. This site documents the street art movement in Bristol, http://www.bristol-street-art.co.uk and has some early Banksy work on it.

the graffiti removal picture is fuckin’ poignant as hell. bad graffiti like gang tags are horrible and should be removed, but if something is beautiful nobody should cover it up.
The one with nicholson in the shining is from MTO. I’m not sure but i think he repainted it recently cause it look better now and/or a bit different. (that’s not far where i live in berlin). i think he get a flickr account.
