Toy accessories can really make or break a toy particularly when it comes to action figures. From the Marie Antoinette with detachable head by Archie McPhee to the body bag and gurney that comes with the Scully action figure from the X-Files. There are quite a few strange ones to choose from out there!

This delightful series by Mez-Itz will encourage hours of hilarity as you pit the shagadelic super spy Austin Powers against his nemesis Dr. Evil. In case your imagination leads Dr. Evil to take a turn for the worse Mini-Me is prepared to jump into the fray. Isn’t it groovy baby?

Everyone needs their own Kenny toy. Kenny’s death is a running gag in every episode of South Park and now you can recreate it yourself! Toy comes with an alternate dead head, and a dead arm. Play action moving too fast for you? There’s a “dead look” face sticker you can slap on at the last moment.

4. Necronomicon — Army of Darkness: Ash by McFarlane
One of my favorite movies, the Army of Darkness action figure by McFarlane perfectly captures the quirky offbeat humor from the film. Besides coming with a copy of the Necronomicon, you’ll find mini Evil Ash, detachable chainsaw arm and boom stick. Remember, shop smart, shop S-mart.

5. Shoe — Drew Carey Action Figure by Caution Entertainment
First of all, who ever would have thought that Drew Carey would have had his own action figure? While the show had its comic moments, I can’t say that it inspired me to go out and buy a Drew doll. Still, it does come with some funny accessories if you were a fan of the show: a cup, a briefcase and one shoe.

6. Stairs — The Exorcist Spider Walk Reagan by Neca
I find the fact that someone chose this particular scene from The Exorcist for an action figure a little disturbing. Though it is a little funny that the box makes a big deal about her articulated joints. You’ll have the demon possessed action figure going up and down those stairs in no time – and in the oddest positions imaginable!

7. Nixon’s Head — Futurama Series 2 by Toynami
This toyset based on the series Futurama comes with some of my favorite characters: Leela and Captain Zapp (is he wearing pants?) Brannigan. Of course, it’s the accessories that really make this kit. Doesn’t everyone need an ex-Presidents head to play with?

8. “My Little Friend” — Scarface: Tony Montana by Mezco
Say hello to Tony Montana’s little friend: the Tommy gun. But… even better than his weapon of choice has to be some of the sounds the toy makes. My favorite line: “All I have in this world is my balls and my word, and I don’t break ‘em for no one, you understand?”

9. Mask — Dread Pirate Roberts by Necca
It’s amazing the difference a simple mask can do. It’s powers of obfuscation make it so that no one can recognize your voice or the rest of your body. Wesley from the Princess Bride is no exception. When he dons his mask he assumes the persona of the Dread Pirate Roberts and even his beloved Buttercup is fooled. By adding a simple mask, this action figure becomes two characters in one ““ what a deal!

I love the Tony Montana figure, though my favorite would have to be Nixon’s head… I’m just a sucker for futurama though
Since when does Tony use a tommy gun? Are you sure you don’t mean M16 with M209 grenade launcher? You know, the gun he uses when he says the “little friend” line
