Little Tikes – table and Chair review

My kids love to play on the floor, its where most of the action is. However when the time to do less action based games start it can get annoying for my kids when they have to move their lego creations or rebuild their jigsaw after the dog runs all over it!

One of the resons I decided to purchase the Little Tikes Table and Chairs Set was because they were only built out of plastic. I had heard of horror stories involving kids losing eyes on the corner of “normal” metal tables. Another great benefit of the Little Tikes table and chairs is that there is no sharp corners – so peace of mind for me. My kids loved the table and chair as soon as they saw it, but they love every new toy! The challenge I find for many toys is it’s staying power! I have experienced many toys being left to rot after a few days of play – which in my book is a bad toy. Anyway the table and chair where kept in the play room and at first my plan was to use it for creative play. My kids love to play with crayons and felt tips and my first worry was how well that would clean up. Luckily both the table and chairs can be wiped down with just a cloth soaked in warm water.
